The Corner of Fourth and St. Clair Streets Gets a New Look
Since purchasing the St. Clair Lofts building, 35 S. St. Clair St., last spring, Philadelphia-based Lindy Property Management has been making significant investments to improve the property. The most recent is the addition of a distinctive sign on the corner of the building, which was installed just last week.. In addition, the company has painted the building’s exterior and installed new lighting, awnings, signage, iron rail fence and landscaping. The exterior upgrades are aimed at enticing interested retailers and reactivating the eight vacant street-level retail spaces in the building. CADC, formerly the Cannery Art and Design Center, is moving into a street-level space on the corner of Fourth and St. Clair streets and should be open later this month.
