We have lived here for about a year and it’s fantastic. It’s an easy walk to the local bars and restaurants. Plus, we have close access to all of the freeways. Tyrone handles all of our maintenance so quickly and is always double checking that things are good to go in our loft. Ashley and Kat handle the front and it’s nice to get a hello or hearing them engage with potential new neighbors. It’s a pretty quiet building with accessible elevators(or stairs if you’d like) and nice amenities...

The location was absolutely perfect, and the facilities, staff, and residents were all great. For the price they were a fantastic bargain. There is a Flyer stop 5 minutes away which is great for UD students and anyone who works along its route. Close proximity to the Oregon district and Levit pavilion. Still walkable to river scape and the ballpark. The only downside they have is a lack of soundproofing in the walls. We could hear our neighbors quite easily.

I have lived here for 10yrs and I have been pleased with living here. When I’ve needed up grades to floor, fridge, stove, and paint…: No problem. The flex pay is a great feature and our new windows are awesome. I like having pool access in the summer at Dayton Towers. What would be great moving forward would be free-Wi-Fi. A few years ago we had a significant monthly increase for water, sewer, trash and Wi-Fi would be a great trade off.
